How do I qualify for free delivery?

For UK mainland deliveries once your order reaches Price Band 2 then the carriage will be FREE. This corresponds with 1000 A4 sheets, 500 SRA3 sheets or 5 rolls of labels. Please be aware, to qualify for free delivery on Laserite labels the order must be 3000 sheets or more. This can all be viewed in our Price List or by Logging In to the website.

Do I have to order 1000 sheets of the same label to qualify for the free delivery?

No, our ‘Mix and Match’ offer means your order can be made up of different types of labels to qualify for the free carriage as long as the order totals at least 1000 sheets of A4, etc.(see above concerning Laserite labels).

What is the cut off time for next day delivery?

The cut off time is 3.30pm. While most postcodes can be promised for next day there is a small number that cannot.

What are the payment terms offered?

Apart from paying for your goods on a pro forma basis we do offer credit terms with options for thirty day terms (credit accounts subject to approval). Terms & Conditions apply.

What types of payment are accepted?

Payment for your goods can be made via card payment (VISA & Mastercard), BACS, online payments & cheque. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express.

Are there any goods that are non-returnable?

Yes, please be aware that any of our specials label range are non-returnable. This is due to that fact that these labels are made to order. This does not include stock products.

There is a type of label that is not on the website, does that mean we can’t provide that item?

Not necessarily. Please call feel free to call us to make an enquiry about any specific needs. We are happy to look into your enquiry for any labels we do not currently stock.

What is the lead time on non-stock items?

It largely depends what it is. We have a range that is made to order & is on a 4 or 5 working day lead time. However, when main stock is depleted it takes between 8 and 12 working days.

What is the difference between Die Cut, Butt Cut and Kiss Cut?

Die Cut is round cornered and would have some waste around the edge of the label. Butt Cut is square cornered (i.e. Labels are butted together). Generally speaking, there is no waste on the sheets with butt cut. Kiss Cut is an expression that is used to describe the process of cutting a label or some other multi layered product. With labels the top layer is cut through and the blade just "kisses" the backing sheet. Hence 'kiss cut'.

Can labels be returned that are no longer required?

Generally yes, providing they are stock items and not too old. We would charge a 20% handling and restocking charge plus a carriage charge of £10.00.  You would need to contact our office to arrange  a collection.  We do not advise you to send goods back yourselves otherwise you become liable for any damage.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS such as bespoke (made to order); PCL & L Range labels, Roll Labels, etc or any label that is specially made or printed cannot be returned. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact the office.

Where can I find the Label Templates on the website?

To find the Label Templates for sheet labels on the website simply select and click on the label you require to bring up the product details page for that label. At the bottom of the page underneath the product details table marked "Downloads" you will find the Label Templates. There are two templates one a pdf file with a diagram of the layout and measurements of the labels on the page and another which is a Microsoft Word document.
